The term ‘legalization of facilities’ means an afterward issuing the construction and exploitation permits for a facility, or parts of a facility built or reconstructed without the construction permit, as well as for the facilities built according to the construction permit, i.e. the approval for building and the confirmed main project, but where, during the construction works, there have been certain deviations from the permit issued or from the approval.
